Doug Wheeler
Founder and President
Doug has a strong background in management consulting and leading software development and implementation for a broad array of industries and applications. Doug has served in leadership roles in multiple enterprises including COO and Co-Founder of Precision RPM LLC, a world-wide, high-precision bearing company servicing machine, wind turbine and other industrial markets. Interests were sold to Industrial Bearing & Supply in January 2010. He holds a degree in industrial engineering from Texas Tech University and certifications as quality engineering (CQE), quality auditing (CQA) and software development. Doug is an ASQ Senior Member and in the ASQ Software Division.
Chinh Tran
Development Manager
Chinh joined Espresso Moon in 2006. Chinh has with over 12 years software project management and development experience. Chinh manages our global team of developers from his home in Vietnam. His ability to effectively bring resources together to meet client requirements makes him a great assett. Chinh holds a degree in information technology and certifications in IBM® Lotus® (PCLP), IBM® DB2, Microsoft® (MSCP and MCSD) and Sun Java 2.
Kara French
Project Manager
Kara French has an experienced background in technical project management. Kara achieved a degree in both English and Public Relations, and her experience in managing business relationships provides Espresso Moon's clients with diligent service and prompt response. As a published author, Kara also provides valuable editing and technical writing services to the Espresso Moon team. Kara admits to enjoying her daily nonfat/no whipped/sugar free caramel macchiato, but worries at times it might make her seem a tad 'high maintenance'.
Tri Pham
Principle Developer
Tri joined the Espresso Moon team in 2009. His development experience dates back to 2001 and includes software project management and support of financial activities. Tri's diverse background includes certifications in MS .NET Framework 1.1 to 4.0 (ASP.NET, Windows Form, WCF, WPF, etc.), MS SharePoint®, VB and C++.

Sam Sharif has 13 years experience in Information Technology working in the Oil & Gas Industry, as well as Risk and Compliance. With a great personality and being a jack of all trades, his ability to communicate makes him a highly valued employee of Espresso Moon. He has never met a stranger and his passion for people and culture diversify him among the crowd.
